My name is Robin Prichard and I am a self-employed builder with over 30 years’ experience.
I personally have the skills to carry out all aspects of building work on all types of property, as you can see from the other web pages. I take great pride in my work, paying attention to detail, completing projects to the highest standards, and providing a professional friendly comprehensive service, avoiding the need for you to hire numerous tradesmen.
I specialise in quality renovation, repair and restoration of older properties – the more creative and challenging the better! I recognise the need for such work to be sympathetic and sensitive, using traditional building techniques and materials.
On the exterior of your property, not only can I carry out basic repairs to the fabric of your building but I can carry out more creative structural work such as opening up new doors or windows, matching any new stonework with the original.
On the inside, I can completely refurbish your property, from the initial structural work such as replacing walls and ceilings, and opening up old fireplaces, right through to the finishing touches, noting important details such as matching existing cornicing.
I welcome jobs based locally in Perth and Perthshire but am willing to travel further. I have worked in Aberfeldy, Dunkeld, Pitlochry and Blairgowrie as well as Crieff, Auchterarder, Stirling and building projects in Kinross. For the right project, I am willing to travel throughout Scotland, including Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
